I believe that people are, by our very nature, social beings. We all understand that there are trials and tribulations throughout our lives. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, marital strife, and other mental health concerns can arise even in the strongest of people and relationships.
I utilize empathic listening and other skills to foster a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all my clients. In doing so, I hope my clients can safely explore the strength and resilience within themselves. I hope to help my clients grow and realize their potential so as to be better equipped for life’s journey.
If you are the parent of a teenager who is having difficulties, a couple in conflict, or a just a person trying to figure things out, then please call me to setup an appointment. If I can’t help you, I will be sure to find someone who can.
